Referral Commission Rules

1. Referral and Commission Mechanism

Referrals who sign up using the referrer's shared referral code or link will generate a commission for the referrer with each valid trade. The referrer will receive a corresponding percentage of the trading fees as a commission.

2. Commission Rate

For standard accounts: The commission rate for both Spot and Futures trading is 40%.

*Users can apply to become an MEXC Affiliate to receive higher commission rates.

3. How to Participate

Click the button on the event page to participate in the referral event. Specific rewards are subject to the rules displayed on the event page. If you have any questions, please contact online customer service.

4. Commission Distribution Time

Spot commission: Distributed around 00:00 (UTC) on the following day.

Futures commission: Distributed around 01:00 (UTC) on the following day.

Commission source: The commission earned by the referrer comes from the net fees of the referral.

Net fees = Trading fees - Bonuses - Vouchers - Other fee discounts

Commission crypto: The referrer will receive the commission in the same crypto their referral uses to settle trading fees. For example, if the referral uses MX to deduct fees, the referrer will receive the commission in MX.

5. Commission Validity Period

Validity period: The referrer's commission is valid for 1,080 days from the invited friend's sign-up date.

History: To ensure data accuracy and security, only commission data from the past 18 months is available.

6. Commission Restrictions

The following trading fees are not eligible for the commission rewards:

Trading fees paid with Futures bonuses

Deposit and withdrawal fees

Trading fees resulting from suspicious or abnormal trading activities

7. Affiliate Commissions

Once a user becomes an MEXC Affiliate, referral commissions will be distributed through the affiliate portal.

8. Compliance and Risk Control

Self-referral is prohibited: MEXC strictly prohibits users from self-referring through multiple accounts. Once such conduct is detected, reward eligibility will be canceled, and any promotion or rewards generated will be considered invalid.

MEXC reserves the right of final interpretation for this event and the right to modify the reward rules at any time due to market conditions, fraud risks, or other reasons.

*Special Note

[Kickstarter & Launchpool] Valid referral: For a referral to be considered valid for rewards purposes, they must meet the following conditions within 7 days of sign-up:

a. Accumulate a total deposit volume of at least 100 USDT (excluding internal transfers). On-chain deposits, P2P transactions, or fiat purchases are considered valid deposits. b. Complete at least one Futures trade.
